Hi all, I registered time ago but I didn´t use this awesome web before... I didn´t know english very well so I didn´t understand anything :roll:

Well, this is my last work, I wanted to share with all you people and tell me what do you think about it. I have seen many amazing AMVs in this site, so I know here there are a lot of incredibles creators, so is an "honor" to share this with you :oops:
It´s about the character Revy, using the awesome OST from the movie "007: Quantum of Solace" :twisted:


I´m creating AMVs since a year ago, so maybe I´m a rookie for the most of you :sweat:

Anyway, thanx for your time, and enjoy this AMV :amv:

First - that's an indirect link. Not a direct link.

The video... first thing I notice is the technical issues. There were some subs early on, but I can't be bothered to track them down. This is a WMV, so the video quality is somewhat lacking. Further, having checked my DVDs, Black Lagoon is 16:9. Not 4:3.

I won't go into detail on the content itself. A few high-level points will have to suffice. First, you have a decent grasp of timing. Work with it, it's a solid foundation. Second, you have what could be an interesting concept here, but it was slaughtered in execution. You didn't work the combination at all. A Bond song and Black Lagoon could be gold, but you didn't even seem to try.

Well, the subs aren´t subs, I mean, these scenes are pics, and I didn´t track them down cause I wanted make a subliminal message, but I supose it was a silly idea :lol:

About .wmv, etc, I really need some help, cause I´m a noob in this area. I have asked in the forum about this, so I hope I will compress better the next time

I´m glad you like the timming, I put a lot of effort to fix it.

It was a alright video. Maybe I just have low standards, but for being a WMA I didn't think the quality was that bad compared to others I've seen. I liked the opening, but beyond that nothing really stood out to me.
