What songs put emphasis on artistic quality?

I'm looking for a song, either with vocals or not, that focuses on the subject of creativity. I'm into artistic quality and would like to know if songs explore that topic or not; besides the fact that almost all songs are artistic in their beats, sounds, instruments, vocals, etc.

Any suggestions?

I can tell from the lyrics that it relates to an anime I have in my collection. For now, I'll check out the song and hopefully get the album after running a sample version of the song on a website.

Ya know what? I decided to narrow this question down. Simply, I'm looking for a song that talks about an artist or artwork where someone is struggling with creating a work of art, bringing an idea on paper/ drawing it, or just plain artist's block. The theme could somehow reflect on sanity, contemplation or a combination of these.

That last song offered has some interesting lyrics, but I'm kinda feeling a low vibe on the beats and such.

Any more suggestions?
