Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

In all seriousness, excellent work especially for your first video.

I loved the lyric synch and some of the action synch (especially the part near the end with the motor cycles was AWESOME.)

But man we have got to teach you how to compress shit better :|

I was really impressed. You'd managed to take a not-so-good movie and make an excellent video out of it.

Then the audio cut out, and the this-is-so-long-it-hurts credit sequence came in. Seriously, I was sorely tempted to delete the video just for that.

But no, that wouldn't be fair to you or to the video. This is a damn good piece of work. Except for the credits sequence.

I have a guideline I use. Intros or outros shouldn't be longer than ten seconds or so. More is excusable if they're genuinely amusing or add to the video in some way.

I don't know if you could have finished the song or not, although I suspect no due to source limitations. That said, the way you just faded it out is a little anticlimactic.

3/5. Would be at least a four, but that goddamn credit sequence is too long for anyone's good.

Quite Nice, good lyric sync and a nice feel overall, it kinda dragged on for me though, probably because there weren't any real highlights in the video..

and these long ass credits just made me laugh.

still goob job for a first

Quite obviously, I should get my title changed to "Calamity from the Skies".

It wasn't good for a first video, it was good for a video period, first or not. Great job.
