Interesting story behind this actually. I originally made this AMV after I finished watching the Fruits Basket anime, and exported it to a flash drive to upload later. I deleted all of my footage and large files off of my computer, only to lose the very same said flash drive. Well, I cleaned my room the other days, and low and behold, there it was! So, here it is.

The storyline is pretty basic. The total point of the AMV is how Tohru's true home was with the Somah family, and how lonely she is without them. How that while she does have a "real" family to go home to (which also refers to the "faces and places" in the lyrics), the Somah family is actually her true family that can respect and love her like no one else can. They understand her and allow her to be herself. It plays on mostly Tohru's emotions combined with Kyo's feelings of love towards her, Yuki's friendship and respect towards her, as well as Shigure's "father figure" status.

Meh. Tehnical wise, it's an XVid AVI file (1:30 long) that's 24 MB.

EDIT/: Actually overall cute video. Felt like the borders should have been cropped though.

have to agree ;o and i dont like such vids, it was also not my very taste.

I agree. I wish I had the original footage from a couple of months ago. I might have to remaster this.

first thing that bothered me... is that how really the song ends? o.o, cause it was too sudden, the AMV started and ended right away XD.

Anyway cute vid, mood synch was good though I would have wanted more beat synch (not that much but a little more), but I enjoyed it nonetheless

3/5, simple but cool, that sudden fade of the audio in the end really made me go "wtf?"

No, the song itself is over 4 minutes long. The sudden start and stop was due to my ignorance of not putting credits in before exporting this (months ago), deleting all of my footage, and losing the flash drive this was on. I think I plan on remastering it though. (With the full length song trimmed down a bit)

I agree with everyone else about the length. You could have done a lot more, as a lot more happens, so you could have done more with the song...

Seems like you were just lazy and cut it....

Other than that, good video. Good quality, good synch, editing, etc. But yeah 3.5/5 I think, though a 3 to round it.
