Hey Satou (Welcome to the NHK)

Post by Uanime5 » Tue Apr 10, 2007 1:56 pm

My 29th AMV is about relationships and how they can fall apart. The anime is 'Welcome to the NHK', while the song is 'Hey Boy' by Kim Liam.

The talk bubbles with the hearts in them towards the ending were sort of cheesy and unnecessary (at least for me) I mean, you could have understood perfectly fine without them. Having them there felt a bit immature.

Though I did find it to be good as a whole. You did some nice manipulation of scenes that didn't really happen but that you made into happening (such as the intro of him being all...well... "lusting" after her :P) and then with the kiss. Nice one.

Didn't care much for the song though :/

Anyhow; keep it up!

I included the talk bubbles mainly to show a contrast between the Misaki-Satou relationship and the Hitomi-Satou relationship. For example when Satou resonds with a heart to Misaki he's face does not look loving, while with Hitomi his face looks happy. Also Hitomi and Satou share a talk bubble, while Misaki and Satou's have separate bubbles (perhaps I should have used one heart for Hitomi and Satou).
