Youtube isn't really accepted here, as that word filter murdering your link proves. What type of problems did you run into uploading? This is a good guide

Before you can add a link, you must have the following entered:

* Anime listed for the video.
* Music listed for the video.
* A premiere date in the past.

Once you correct all of these that are in error, you can then add links to the video.

It's for cataloging purposes. Just making sure that the video is using anime and that you have selected the anime that is used. Same for the music. The premiere date is essentially the date that you are going to have the video viewable to the "public". That date has to be in the past because they don't want you to upload your video before you are ready to show it to people. If you've entered all of those correctly, you've got nothing to worry about it, just upload/add your links.

That section is only needed for direct links to your video, not uploading onto the local server. In other words, if you uploaded your video onto an external site, you would add those links to the video profile page there. If you have links, go ahead and add them. Otherwise just press continue to skip that step and move on to the rest of the stuff.
