Ok My name is Marissa but i would like to be called missy and I have tried to make an AMV but i can't because i don't know where to get videos from anime shows i mean i have some that aren't on the computer and i want to put them on the computer so that i can use them in a music video can someone help me?

First, read the descriptions of each forum section before you post. This are is for suggestions - the "help" areas are on the bottom of the forum.

That said, you can rip footage from dvds if you have a dvdrom on your computer, or you can rip game footage from ps1 games if you have a cdrom on your computer. If you don't have either, you can buy a capture card and copy footage from your television. Or you can buy a cd-dvdrom from Radio Shack pretty cheap.

Then you can check the guides on this site - they will tell you what programs you need to download, and how to use them to rip footage from your dvds. You can find the link to the guides on the lower left hand corner of the "Member Main" page. A direct link:
