That was actually pretty funny
Reminds me of my own old days when I started this somehow, random lip synch for the win :>
I see some potential there, you could get a lot better over time. Just keep in mind that the better you get, the sooner you should change to a professional program like Premiere or Vegas. And to better video quality and better video codecs etc. I guess everyone would say that reading the guides would help too but since that's like 8000 pages of text and you already seem to have gotten the idea I don't think that you have to start there. So my recommendation for you would just be to really get into work with a professional program (or if you already used one, just more in detail training).
As on the video itself, like I said before it's already pretty funny but you concentrated too much on that random lip synching. It would've worked a lot better if you had had more concept in the whole thing (for example one voice of the song always only attached to one person in the anime instead of randomly synching every voice to every character). Less lip synch, more in depth scene-selection. Takes more time, but it's worth it. Oh and if you encode to .avi or .mpg format you'll be able to get more and more attention from the community, just as a sidenote :p
So overall I still liked your video, keep going that way.
