NaruTaru is DEFFINITELEY the one I want. I may just break down and buy it *.* long as it stays out of Digimon-like pet fighters territory.

The video, well I'll have to op it ;p but it's an interesting attempt at haveing no relevance to the series -_- and beleive me that's a good thing.

I would have liked it much better without lipsyncing.
Also some scenes suffered from stopping and slowing the animation. Sadly this show is quite cheap animated so its relatively easy to recognize.

Knowname: To even compare Naru Taru with Digimon is well... kinda uninformed. It's a quite dark series. And sadly: badly animated. And they stopped the series just as the story of the manga started to get interesting. They should really make a second season or a finishing OVA.

it is a pet monster series after all

I came for the 'darkness' aspect, but after like episode 8 I can't help but think '1 tournament or "I choose you pikachu!!" moment and I'm GONE!'
