Help! Need anime teaser of sorts...

I'm doing a persuasive speech on Monday for Anime. Would like to break some of the classes preconceptions of "cartoons" and maybe pique the interest of a few.

We're aloud 30-seconds of a video clip only! I was hoping that I could find some trailer that is that short (or can be cropped) that shows a quick teaser for a variety of shows... I thought I might throw one together, but I don't know if I have time to make it decent.

I had the idea that maybe one of the commercials for anime network could work well, but I don't know where I could get a download for one..

Does anyone have any ideas that would help?

As a last resort, I suppose I could throw one together... but I'd rather try other options first.

Hmm... I was more specifically looking for something that showed a different variety of anime--not just one. But thanks anyway for the suggestions so far.

If nothing else, maybe I'll get some ideas.

You can probably find a suitable clip somewhere in <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... 794">"It's Tricky to Make a Music Video"</a>, which includes 69 different anime.

Another tip: get a hold of an anime DVD and find the trailer for the production company - if there is one. ADV used to always have a video for a subset of their titles. I think US Manga has one, too.

For example, there's one at this page that's called "Essential Anime Collection". But I wouldn't trust a streaming video in your class. Get it from a DVD if at all possible.
