video upload help

I have 2 videos submitted that are not downloadable. I want to upload a video for the second one but wen i go to which video i want to upload on the upload page i only get the first one. How do u upload for the second one.

there should be a drop down menu and choose the second one.

the drop down menu only has the first one. the second one doesnt show up
