How can I pimp myself and keep from having it locked?

So far, I've uploaded all of my AMV to this site, and so far I haven't recieved the attention my ego says I deserve. Confused . How can I make people give hand job?? I mean, they download my AMV's, they watch them (I guess), they give stars, so why not give an ego inflating boost?? Or shouldn't there be a system where more AMV's get attention, instead of one AMV getting all the luv (!), and another one getting no circle jerking at all Question ....

Bribes are good. Groupies can help as long as they're not really annoying. And make it a point to post any time someone mentions your name, that way you can pretend the topic is all about you - by showing your ego, you remind others how great you are, and attract new people to discover the wonder that is you. Be sure to condescendingly pat other editors on the head when they get praise by a lot of members - that way the new people will realize you're even better than the person they were praising, and they'll quickly jump ship to worship you instead.

Fanservice doesn't hurt, either.
