People Of The Rising Sun

Victory! My first AMV!!! :shock:

Well, I've finally decided to stop leeching and do something productive for mankind. Enter "People Of The Rising Sun", a slapped together Samurai Champloo AMV to the tune of Rage Against The Machine's "People Of The Sun".

I'm a big fan of both Rage Against The Machine & Samurai Champloo, so combining them seemed to be natural. Can't remember why I only used the first episode, but I guess it worked out in the end -- the video ended up exactly how I wanted it.

One a last note, the subtitles are supposed to be there (except in the intro, but that's just an "oh well" moment). I personally believe that they fit really well, regardless of my personal hatred for all things unneccesarily subbed. :twisted:

2 things I probably should have mentioned in my first post:

1) Yes, I know it doesn't have a story... it's a mindless action vid. Probably should mention that.

2) I couldn't help the subbing. Can't get rid of 'em. I just tried to fit them in as best as I could. I'm currently working on that issue for my next vid.

That's it. Thanks a LOT for your review. I'm definitely gonna work on my synchronization & try to improve the quality of my videos. Thanks.
