It won't let me upload @_@ Someone please help

I filled out the section with the music and the series and everything, but when I get to step 4 it says I didn't fill out the info, but I did. Has this happedned to anyone else?

I have a great video I want to upload on this site

I really appreciate the help

I don't know what to do. It's preventing me from uploading anything on here

You have the date set a year in the future. Try changing the dates to 2005, either today's date, or a date in the past. Otherwise, you can't upload the video until after the premiere date.
