(The PERHAPS applies to characters that are involved with water in some way, but whether or not they are 'water maidens' is subjectable; Sakura/The Watery from Card Captor Sakura, Yuna from Final Fantasy X, Subaru from .hack//SIGN, Kikyou from Inuyasha, and Bubbles from the Power Puff Girls.)
