How to Rip Audio from Game Footage

There it is. I'm trying to get the audio from the intro movie of Burnout 3, PS2 version. If somebody knows how it's done, please give me some clues.

One could always hook the PS2s stereo cables to a reversed Y adapter (takes two RCA connectors and ends in a stereo 'headphone' connector) and then plug it into your line input and capture the song that way, I guess...
