Song(s):
Trans-Siberian Orchestra feat. Metallica Carol of the Bells
Anime:
Naruto
This video came to me one day while I was listening to music at school, so me, being the person I am, sat down and started working on it since there was nothing else for me to do XD
Its a Naruto video, and I think I sat the tone of the clips to go well with the tone of the music.. There is only one small clip with subtitles at the begginig becuase by the time I noticed the subtitles I couldn't go back and fix it without screwing up the entire video, so sorry for that.
This video is dedicated to my Friend Tao for her birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TAO!!! congrats surviving another year :p
I would apprecciate an opinion, I put a decent amount of work into the video, and am proud of the results. hope you like it.

Well, everyone says it features Metallica, but I've seen TSO perform this song live without them and it sounded just the same, so I don't know.
Here's the original album, Christmas Eve and Other Stories (1996), on which this song appeared:

No. Metallica has never worked with TSO, this site's catalog to the contrary. TSO is an outgrowth of a band called Savatage, who originally arranged and recorded "Christmas Eve (Sarajevo, 12/24)" for their 1995 Atlantic Records album Dead Winter Dead. The rock players in TSO are almost all either current or former members of Savatage, and most people in the scene consider the two bands to be merely the "profitable" and "non-profitable" sides of the same coin.Tsukasa-San wrote:it is o.o. I found it as that online and all the other videos with that song are listed as Carol of the Bells. is it still by Transiberian Orchestra with Metallica?Scintilla wrote:By the way, the title of the song is "Christmas Eve (Sarajevo, 12/24)".

Since no one wants to comment on this video, I guess I will. Such a great way you captured the mood to this dark music, with the fades, scene selections, and b/w effect. I think the black and white effect captured the mood quite well, and the fades and beat matching was pretty good to. I'm not going to complain about not having perfect sync, cause hell, you don't need it!
Over all you did a pretty good sync job, but you probably could of done tones better. Also the audio quality didn't seem too hot, and the quality wasn't superb. Over all I feel you did a nice job. I really enjoyed it!
