Genre: Drama, Fun, Serious

I know certain aspects of Haibane Renmei have been beaten to death. Which is quite surprising considering there are less than 70 Haibane AMVs on this site (a third of which aren’t uploaded (-_-). I can promise you won’t see Reki’s turmoil or Rakka sprouting wings asthere is very little character focus. The video creates more of a joyful aura than anything else. This drama is effect heavy, and does not drag for what seems like forever. So, if you want to take a break from the norm of action, download and enjoy.

That was interesting. Most of the syncing was pretty good, but I thought a lot of the effects were kind of tacky. The "heaven" words in particular I really thought the video could've done without; just the background scenes behind the words would've been enough, and even the lens flare behind it was okay. And I didn't really like the effect in the very beginning that was sort of like glass breaking. But I did like your use of additive transitions, and I thought the anime/music combination was a pretty good fit, too. Overall, it looks like you put some effort into this video. 3/5 stars.
