Escaflowne - Dream World

Post by SSJVegita0609 » Thu Jun 24, 2004 10:21 pm

w00t!

There seems to be a trend of Esca vids coming out right about now. Anyways, this is a nifty little feature using the movie and In Flames. The video's main theme involves the problems caused by escapism, for more on that read the comments.

Enjoy and feedback is appreciated

Wow deep thoughts in this vid

Even with the problem that I never saw the anime ( :x ugh need more free time) , was easy to "catch" the video concept behind your scenes selection , read the vids comments always help to enjoy watching AMVs ^^

One more thing . . .

FLASHY !! :D

I love that edit style . . .
Loved it the song too . . .
And the colors changes . . .
And .. and . .

Much better than your last vid

5/5

wow, I have to say I didn't really like it at first, but about at the point with Van, as a kid, running, I started to like it. It was kind of sudden.

Anyway though, nice vid. I have to collect my thoughts though; it's one of those "I like it but I don't know why" vids.

Thanks for the feedback guys, glad people are liking it.

Bubblehead, could you be more specific about what you didn't like in the first half? Or was it just not your thing up to that point with Van?

nice vid. liked when you synched actual action to the music, like the lightnig towards he middle (too lazy to look for timecodes) and the nifty scene merging you did. THe name threw me off though, wasn't what I was expecting (Dream world) Maybe especially since ... well.... *keeps mouth shut about secret project he is in the middle of.*

Nice.. very plentiful syncing and action here. I'm a bit uncomfortable with some of the effects and editing, but it's a good vid overall. Keep it up man. :)

Thanks.

Yeah, the video can be a bit overwhelming. I may have gone overboard trying to time the sorta grungey sounds of the music. But still, glad you guys are liking it.
