We don't have a place for general conversation, but if you want to talk about anime, music, amvs, etc - just go to the appropriate forum and you should be okay. But you'd do well to check the 'site announcement' forum first - read the 'forum rules' and the thread about the chatroom being replaced. If you like IRC you can talk in there about more things than you can here. Otherwise, pms and your journal are open areas. Have fun.
