YO, when I press the upload button it goes to the same page I was on????WHY??????

If that doesn't help, then what anime did you use in the vid you're trying to upload? If it's a new anime (meaning you entered the title yourself), then you can't upload it until the site admin/mods confirm that it's a real anime. If it *isn't* an anime (even if it was listed), then you can't upload it at all - only anime vids.
