Site Help would be the appropriate forum - there's even a bold sticky thread related to uploading vids. ^.~

I'd say get SmartFTP - it's a free ftp client. You plug the info the site gives you (the site, login name, and password), connect, then upload the video with the ftp client. There are lots of others you could use as well, most can be found with a quick google search.

You pass that data to an FTP client.

FTP clients for Windows:

- Windows Explorer (use URL form ftp://user:pass@host)
- SecureFX (my favorite when working in Windows. It costs $60, though)
- WS_FTP LE
- BSD ftp (type ftp at a command prompt)

For UNIX and GNU/Linux systems:
- ncftp - my FTP client of choice when working on UNIXen. ncftp also runs on Win32 and Mac OS X.
- here, do a freshmeat search
- BSD ftp (Microsoft stole it, not the other way around)
