Having "Upload" Problems!!?

Sorry, but I don't know where else to put this query. I don't want to sound like a n00b, but my friend and I have made a video and we've been trying to upload it, but on the step 4:links page it gives the alert:
Need music, video and premier date.
I know we've entered all of those, so why won't it let me upload...?
Any help would be appreciated!!!

I think the last time I saw this problem, the person put the date premiered in the wrong format. Make sure its YYYY-MM-DD.
