One of the better lain videos I've seen and an original idea as well.
It comprehends one of the things I don't like with the anime: The artwork. Alot of the footage in your video were cg & visualisations, this is underlining the dream-concept very well.
Little of these are cheesy although and there's a bit of interlacing here and there. It also looks like you overfiltered this video a bit, some areas are really blurred out
Also the aspect ratio is wrong with this resolution, lain is fatter that way

I enjoyed the video. Some of it was... incoherent... but, really, that can be chalked up to two things. (1) It's a dream, and (2) it's LAIN for crying out loud. 
The way you ended it was also neat. It was smooth, clean, and jolted me, as a viewer, just enough to make it as though I was waking up to the alarm clock too. Good work.
