A Horribly Disturbing Idea For An AMV

I was thinking the song '97 Bonnie & Clide by Tori Amos and using the anime Cardcaptor Sakura.

For those that aren't familiar with the song, it's basically about this guy who kills his wife and dumps her in the ocean...but he takes his lil 2 year old girl with him. It's like, REALLY freaky, especially with Tori doing the lyrics.

So anyway, I thought, hrmmm, Sakura's mom is dead...what if Sakura's dad actually killed her? Think about it.

The only problem is that nearly all the footage would have to be created from scratch. I was thinking something along the lines of all black and white, with mostly hand done drawings depicting some of the scenes in the song along with a few short animated clips along with it, like maybe a few clips of her dad talking.

There's only one short clip in the entire series that shows what Sakura looks like as a toddler, so all the drawings would have to be based on that.

Anyway, if there are any good artists out there who like this idea and wanna do a severly fucked up AMV, let me know. The video editing portions I can do myself, but I'm afraid my skill in drawing isn't that good.

Severely fucked-up AMV with CCS: so very, very done.

But if you want to spend your life being compared unfavorably with SL&R, then by all means, knock yourself out.

It's actually <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... 1">LS&R</a>. I wasn't thinking about the SL&R song name when I made up that video name, on a conscious level, anyway.

Anyway... This video sounds more "dark" and less... uh, "wacky" than mine, so whatever.

Incidentally, when I was going past footage of her mom in the show, this came to mind:
"I really love my mom, even though she's dead,
Tried to turn me in -- had to cap her in the head."
...but I didn't use it. meh.

Well, I'm not really a fan of horror, so... (watches Quu pick horror as a theme for Iron Chef Fanime 2004 -_-)
