Creating Intro titles - Need suggestions!

Does anyone know any good programs that are good for making titles with? The ones I make in Paint Shop Pro, for dedications and such, are static and boring now, I want to make titles that move, look a bit more exciting and professional.

Any ideas?

I recommend Macromedia Flash

Or Adobe After Effects, you can make some great titlecards with that.
