Another new Vid: Feedback wanted

Not my first vid per se, but the first released one. I'd love feedback, since I worked really hard on it. (As in it took seven months, but who's counting)

The compression isn't fantastic, and I apologise, but My computer doesn't like compressing to mpeg, so it took a few months more to find a way to fix that. (This thing has been done since the end of april, but at 1.12 gigs, it sin't practical for download.)

I'd love honest feedback. Though I warn this is a VIOLENT vid. I know it isnt crap since it won the grand prize at Anime North's 2003 contest, but I got very little feedback, which is what I'm after now.
