ATI AIW 8500DV 1st capture fine; 2nd, 3rd, etc are all fuzzy

Hi,

I've got ATI All in wonder 8500DV and am running Win 2000 (sp3 installed), but my problem has existed since I first had Win2000 (pre-sp1). The 1st capture with the TV capture program is done fine. But after I hit stop, any subsequent captures I try (no matter the resolution, file format, or capture method [S-VHS, Composite]) are pixelated with wavey colors. I've updated the drivers and that didn't resolve the problems. The only way I can resolve the problem is to restart the machine. If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appricated.
