Re: {Quickening - R1} Puellamere Dansen
I've only seen a few of the videos for this round, but this one gets my favorite vote thus far. XD
MADOKA GLOMPAGE & CHARLOTTE SYNC FTW.
Seriously, you did a great job. Captured the mood of the song and used Madoka beautifully. Good action scenes to keep pacing, and the hilarious sync bits for the "ooh-ooh-whoa-whoa-whoa" bits. Not to mention the creation of "dancing" scenes from footage that wasn't even remotely meant to be dancing.
Some of the scenes really didn't fit well (some of the more serious ones), and some of the lip sync needed a bit of fine tuning (especially the one at the end), but those are minor complaints compared to teh video as a whole.

No seriously, I never even thought of editting Madoka this way and like Code already said you've captured the atmosphere of the song perfectly

Yeah, when you only have one source to work with, you kinda have to get creative.CodeZTM wrote:I've only seen a few of the videos for this round, but this one gets my favorite vote thus far. XD

Alright! Madoka and this song! Interesting combination, hard to pull off nicely, but you overcame that. Very nice job
Some parts felt a bit meh, cuz it lacked a bit of emotion, like it was just put there, I know it must have been rushed though. I wasn't a big fan of the first minute though..BUT After Madokas Rape Glomp attack at 1:08 I busted out laughing.
That really caught my eye, and had me wanting more. After that first minute it just felt like you really gotten into it, and a whole new editor took place, it was great! Example, The foot work. The syncing, Kubyes random walking, masking was interesting at times xD
Overall pretty nice edit. Good effort. I give it a 3/5

Ultimately, though, I fell in love working so hard at night to finish that AMV and making it look amazing.lloyd9988 wrote:* Looks at AMVs made by Group A* . . .
