Posters. Post 'em.

Post by Animated » Sun Jan 16, 2011 6:53 pm

So. Let's say you've made a badass amv. And you want it to be presented at the .org in such a way, that will make everyone say "HOLY SHAT I'MMA DOWNLOAD DIS". What are you gonna do? Call the Ghostbusters? OF COURSE NOT. You make a badass poster too and then success comes on it's own. So, show us your posters. Either made on MS Paint or Photoshop, we want em. Now it's your time to shine.

PIMP YOUR STUFF!

I'll start by posting the 3 latest i have made, they are projects i'm currently working. Unfortunately i have only recently discovered the joy of making posters, so... yeah :awesome:

Here we go. My ones were too huge, so i used spoiler tags. Now... if the pages begin to load too slowly... we can always use thumbnails. Something i don't sugegst because they are meant to be shown at FULL SCALE.

Take all the "coming 2011" on your posters, put "In" in front of it, and call it the greatest AMV of the year.
Posters work too. Here are mine:

Not really a formal poster, but this one's a screenshot I took because I needed a one for the competition.
Your first poster makes me curious. I likes it

Out of all the vids I made this year, this was my favorite

I didn't feel that this one got enough attention on the org (and by not enough attention, I actually mean no attention at all)

I'll bite though I only have 2 vid posters that are probably worth showing, poster skills are not so good :P . (Disclaimer: I didn't draw any of these, all created using web images.)

Probably the only poster I'm proud of though it was really easy to make. Thats beside the point though, those two just look so similar and cool side by side:

"The people cannot be [...] always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to [...] the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to public liberty. What country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned [...] that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."-Thomas Jefferson
