So, here's the video I've been working on for the past ten months.
This was originally supposed to be a quick project, with the intent of using a short cut of the song. But as a more complex story started to build in my head, I ended up wishing the audio was even longer so I could fit more scenes. The story's original and doesn't rely on either The Godfather or any of the anime, but having watched them might help a bit (for names, references and such).
Although (once again) I didn't get to polish this up as much as I would have liked to, I'm happy with how it turned out. Most of the scenes came out almost exactly as I'd imagined them- check out the making of if you're interested to see the behind-the-scenes work.
