I saw this posted on amvnews earlier today and was wondering why it wasn't on the org... Haven't watched it yet so I'll be back later with some crit.

I was a little disappointed in the technical aspect. Some of the effects were really nice, others simply felt random or unneeded (such as the colors that were synced the heartbeats in the beginning, and a few other things.) The general colors on the video sometimes got to me, but otherwise I wasn't really bothered. So overall, I didn't enjoy the effects much.

But I really loved the concept. It's so nice to see an Eden of the East amv. I love this anime to death, and I think you did a wonderful job with what you were trying to convey.
I liked all of the reversed clips, the extra anime clips, and the atmosphere that was put down.
And the music was great. That was a really nice touch. It was so mellow and added to the dramatic atmosphere.

The whole "Here is a girl ... who will do everything to bring him back" is just fantastic. It's so true about Saki. I couldn't help but feel a little sad at their position right now in the movies, and I think this amv really brought out how sad that actually is.
In the beginning, I didn't really understand the "point" of the amv, but toward the end with the motorcycle crash scene, I was hooked.

I don't know. Usually my dislike of execution would dominate my overall opinion on the video, but I think you did a great job with the dramatic atmosphere and concept.

i loved it. i was amazed when i was watching this
i did feel like some of the effects were unnecessary but majority of effects were great
1 thing i didnt get was the ending.

I'm a big fan of Eden, so I really did enjoy this =D

I enjoyed the editing too, the pacing was unique

This was pretty good, nice mood, colors helped with that a bit but some of the scenes didn't quite match the tone of the colors IMO but still enjoyed this quite a bit.
I think your going to lose a lot of potential viewers with only a link to megaupload... Atleast post a link to the amvnews stream so people can preview it if they want but I still think you should try to upload to the org.

Well i agree with you , concening some effects , but there was a signification for the colors , it's like saki was locked in a time wich was reversed
Also i've took all my time for choosing the anime , and like you said , saki was THE girl for this kind of concept ( she always have this worried experssion )
But i've tried to give my own story

Well i also agree with you for some effects
And i can understand the fact that you didn't understand the end , but i think that if you watch the V1 you can easily understand it ( well i hope xD )
It's just because i've delete a rotoscopie in the end ( i couldn't fix this rotoscopie )
I'll edit my 1st post and put an amvnews's streaming ( with the V1 )
