Man, this is sad....sad...

<---- Me being sad
Why don't you turn those frowns upside down! Yay! Life is wonderful! All you need is love! I'm not quite dead yet! I feel happy! *THUNK*
OK, anyhow, what was this topic started about anyways?
JCD wrote:How do you guys like punk in anyway? It's my favorite music, such bands as Millencolin, Donots, A, Pennywise and MxPx are just awesome

Oh yeah, that's right! So anyhow, I personally see it pointless to be arguing. I half know what you guys are arguing about, that's because I half care. temjin and mooooo were talking for a breif while about Fletch from Pennywise, but since I have yet to see....
FletchFromPennywise wrote:Yeah, so this is how it really is...
.....then I have no interest in reading what you all think is true. I, for one, couldn't care less about what the hell is going on with the financial situation, or the musical stand point of most of the music I listen to. I'm more inclined to do this:
Rozard wrote:Yeah, this music is really cool!
than to do this:
Rozard wrote:Man, these people are sooooooooo making massive amounts of money over a genre that instigates riots and is supposed to be the undoing of the whole music world!
So they're rich. Good for them! Hey, guess what? So is Britney Spears! Why did I mention Britney? Who cares! Which is the message I'm
trying to get across. I'm kind of side with VegettoEX, I think. (Remember people, I'm half caring about this.) Who fucking cares about your whole arguement besides you guys? Not many, I'm guessing. You know, you can e-mail each other (What a concept!) and save some fool from reading all of this and only cares about
JCD wrote:How do you guys like punk in anyway?
On the topic of being more punk than someone else, that's just bullshit. Only half caring (See above), I'll make this short: Someone who trys to be more punk than someone else is an elitist, not a punk. A punk doesn't give a fuck because they do their own thing. Take jbone for example (I know, it's a stretch): He's a punk. Why, you ask? Because he cares about grammar, and that's his own thing. I seriously doubt some English professor held him at gun point and said
SumInglishPrfesr wrote:You better make sure everyone you talk to online has good grammar! If they don't, then I'll have to try and find you again, seeing as I don't know who you are, and then I'll kill you! Hey, you could make this easier on me if you just give me all your personal info. Would ya?
And then jbone would kill him because he said "Would ya?" instead of "Would you please?"
*Takes breath* So, at this point in the post, I've either pissed some people off, or given them some good laughs. Although I half care about this whole arguement, I don't care at all if people like/hate this post. If I cared, I wouldn't post it. Another thing: I don't like this pop-punk stuff being classified as "punk" anymore than the next person (But I only half care). The genre of punk was created by the record industry as a marketable form of music, which is what the original punks created their music to not be. In a sense, the record companies baited the hook, and it's stuck in the lip of many a teenager. Usually on their lip ring, too. Sometimes, it gets on their tounge ring, or their nose ring, and that can really hurt.
I think that's about it. So, don't read this post, because I didn't read yours. And frankly, I don't care (Well, I might half care). How did this get so off topic from

Man, for me, it'smore about ska, but whatever! That's it for now, so fuck you all good night, I'm going to bed! And then, I'm going to see if anyone replied! And
then, I'm not going to do anything about it!
HA! Peace!
