Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

It was pretty cool. A few anime didn't really fit in, like minami ke, but overall the scenes were well placed. Song was ok, but i REALLY hate the part where the guy talks ... you should have edited that out. 3/5

Fragnance? What the hell?

You guys seriously need to work on your titling.

Because that's, apart from some other little unfitting scenes, about the worst thing about this video. It's also a shame you didn't edit this in 60 fps, it could've really benefited from it.

It kicked my ass throughoutly. If I wouldn't have known, I'd think this was all by one editor, so great cooperation.
Will be watched often. Very slick credits as well.

This was fucking boring   Fast, pretty footage does not equal a good video.

I had been waiting to see an amv like this to a really fast paced tech/rave song  . I think it could of used a bit more internal sync and less scene switching but I’m not sure cause the pacing would of been different. The flow and pacing was perfect too which is why I’m not sure. Definitely needed a few more breaks for the eyes though at times. Overall it was pretty awesome wasn't a dull moment. Adrenaline rush ftw.
4/5

I laugh at the people who commented about the title. Seriously just proves people are becoming more and more analytical. It’s just a fucking title, it’s meant to grab your attention. You clicked the thread and downloaded it didn’t you?

And I know I don't really have the right to defend the video since I’m not the creator but it bothered me because I enjoy these overly fast paced amv’s and I don't want people to be discouraged from making more vids like these.

Fair enough...

Opinionative, subjective: There are people who enjoy these fast paced dance/action videos. You get a rush from them that you don’t normally get from regular dance/action vids. So ya, you don’t decide what equals a good video unless its your own.
"The people cannot be [...] always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to [...] the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to public liberty. What country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned [...] that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."-Thomas Jefferson

I downloaded this because I like one of ScorpionP's videos rather than the title. I probably would have passed over it otherwise. >_>

I really can't get past the song choice... definitely not my cup of tea.

No, you are wrong. That would be like saying I can't decide if a movie is good or bad because I did not make it. Whether something is good or not is always subjected to who is viewing. "Good" and "bad" are always subjective terms. You might get a "rush" from a video such as this, but I do not. It did not engage me, because I thought that the speed up pretty footage was trying to compensate what was otherwise sloppy, uninteresing editing to a song that was no more enjoyable than stepping barefoot onto fresh, human feces. There are editors who have made fast paced videos similar to this which I genuinely enjoy due to the skill and effort put into them. This was not one of those videos.

Than make it a subjective opinion with using terms like "in my opinion" etc. :|

common knowlegde makes terms like "in my opinion" absolutely redundant.

no, that doesn´t work for everybody or everytime (and that´s not common knowledge anyway). If you don´t use it this forum increases the bitchy, elitist, arogant and cock sucking atmosphere. You like that? :|

It´s simpel and spares a lot of frustration and discussions like this. So why not using it?

Everyone knows comments about music/videos/books or art in general are subjective.
