Wow, that's a pretty amazing observation. I actually never thought of that.Serv0 wrote:That's bullshit! You've got characters with goals, and of course you've got a progression of how they achieve those goals. And that to me, incorporates part of the qualities of story. And honestly, it's the main reason why I actually liked this vid. If there's anything that'll sell me in the end, it'll be a vid that has a solid concept for me to relate to.Castor Troy wrote:I don't fully consider this a crossover video like my past ones since there's no story involved.
I'm going to have to echo Esrhan too on the masking though. A lot of it really stood out and there's a real lack of "blend" for the composites. In the future, I recommend color correcting both the foreground characters and the background in order to achieve this blend. It's really awkward to have a masked character with a warm temperature, placed in a cold environment. Especially when you have the live-action characters cold and the anime characters warm.
4/5
Obviously the composites weren't going to be 100% perfect and I did more brightness and contrast adjustments since most of Rocky's footage is dark.
Well, if "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" taught us anything, animated characters practically have immunity to any type of weather. Let's just leave it at that.
