That's where I noticed them. Nice to know it's not just me.rubyeye wrote:I hope you don't mean the entire video. I can't play the x264 version but I know the first track, Chrono Crusade, has interlacing issues.Kalium wrote:One nitpick: is there a reason I'm seeing interlacing in the x264?

At first viewing I didn't look up, who done what part.
So I saw the Soultaker, it was done quite fast and I just thought: well hopefully not another Soultaker-AMV ignoring Komugi. As the scenes flashed through, I had to smile because they stood out between all that Power-up-ing and violence.
Tormentor, your part reminded me of a certain birthday video. Almost like it was a remix with more effects. While watching, I was already expecting two dancing lesbians to suddenly appear. >_<

Yeah, forgot to say I really liked your part too. The beginning of your segment is 100% my style.Symphax wrote:Yay for us!

Thanks, and well it' not just the x264. Tseng wasn't able to filter his part, I tried but nothing seemed to help as you can see. I'm sorry.Kalium wrote:Great showing, guys.

Hehe, if I can come up with a good mix I'll make another MEP don't know when though I still need 2 CDs for the mix I have in mind, and well I could think no one will actually like it since there will be less instrumental and more you know what.rubyeye wrote:If there is ever another MEP project (Demons Within 2?) I'd love to try it again. And, Yeah .... Hopefully, I can now finish some video projects I shelved a while back.

Great MEP, I really like it^^
My favourite parts are the one with Wolf's Rain, Gungrave and Elfen Lied (although I somehow think that this Anime didn't fit that good to all the other Anime which are more dark than Elfen Lied, because of the bright colors (and Lucy's pink hair lol), but don't mind that).
Love the music, and I really love the instrumental parts ^^

Bardiel, Yumi, thanks a lot for your comments. Well Yumi, as for Elfen Lied. I guess Hitori picked it since the ones who have seen it (and there are lots of those) know the atmosphere Elfen Lied has and feel the darkness where there is none. Furthermore did we want to have a local upload, which would have been impossible if Hitori had used the "real" dark scenes ^^.

Yup, the atmosphere of the show was dark. But yes, if I used the "real" dark scenes, the focus would have been taken away from Lucy and well.. Too graphic. If I went that route, the video would have been more of a focus on the Diclonius characters(Lucy, Nana, and #35). But Lucy was more of a "Demons Within" character because she had a memory problem when Kouta and Yuka found her. She was cute and only said Nyuu. Then "something" would happen and she would return to her true self and kill. I can't say too much for those who haven't seen the show. So, I would recommend getting it... well, if you're old enough.Tormentor wrote:Bardiel, Yumi, thanks a lot for your comments. Well Yumi, as for Elfen Lied. Oh and for those who requested it, I'll be uploading my segment to my site this weekend.
