It's Industrial rock/Metal for the most part. Mortal is the one definitive to bringing the Industrial sound to Christian music, but as far as I can tell, the most influential album they put out was their debut "Lusis", which is incredibly hard to find (I was able to get a hold of a used copy through Amazon). They are very influenced by Skinny Puppy and have the sort of subdued guitars that appear on Nine Inch Nails' "Pretty Hate Machine". They're the one band that is just marketed as Christian and their lyrics show it, like in the song "Enfleshed(The Word Is Alive)", a relatively big hit on Christian rock radio in 1991 or 1992.
Circle of Dust is credited as the one to introduce Industrial Metal with Christian themes, but they weren't expressly a Christian band, more like Creed in this sense. After Circle of Dust broke up, two side projects, Klank and Celldweller, formed. Celldweller is really just Klay Scott, while Klank is practically the rest of the band with a couple positions switched around. Both Klank and Celldweller focus heavily on the fusion with Metal, but Klank is more Metal and Celldweller is more electronic. Like Circle of Dust, both Klank and Celldweller are billed as 'spiritual', not necessarily outwardly Christian, even though they are classified under that term as well.
Celldweller's song "Switchback" is heard briefly in the newer Spiderman 2 trailer, just as Spidey swings between the semi and it's cargotrailer. Both of Klank's albums are available on iTunes, as is their cover of Van Halen's "I'll Wait". I haven't been able to get a hold of any of Circle of Dust's material except for two songs-"Goodbye", which is an original (and an excellent song); and "Am I In Sync?", a cover of a Steve Taylor song (also really good).
In addition to that, there are AMVs with songs by all four bands (but slightly more for Celldweller and Klank), although most of them aren't downloadable (and mostly Dragonball Z). There aren't many, to say the least.
