What's the VCAs without AMV drama? :?

I nominate Ari as the best new creator as well. :)

Good idea. There were so many videos that I forgot Arigatomyna was a new creator.

I'd say best new and most improved.

But I'd also like to shamelessly pimp myself for most improved as well...

(seriously, I've reffed soccer games and having the captains shake hands before games helps out, I want to see you both post an honest hand-shaking, don't laugh.)

I was hoping to avoid continual promotion of a video by specifically requesting people post lesser known videos (ok guys I think fyrt's video has been promoted enough), but you might be right about this turning into an annoying repetition of the same videos dw (and i'm trying to avoid this), since you've had more experience with the VCAs.
Agreed. All I can say is that I was responding to what appeared to be a clear personal attack. At the same time, if anyone takes my original comments as something other than a recommendation/suggestion, then uhm...don't. I said many times that you guys can continue, but I think it's a bit repetitive (like me having to explain this so I don't get flamed again) since we're going to be doing the same thing in a month or so. That's it. Ok? Everyone happy?
Arigatomyna wrote:I'm sorry to derail the thread, but I doubt there'll be a resolution to this. I expect the thread will be locked soon, and deleted. Dwchang and Phade don't want it here, not when there are months to go before the vca's and it will just get repeated then.
Just because I state my opinion doesn't mean I'm stating Phade's. In fact I imagine this thread will stay since it is related to "General AMV." Again, all it was was a suggestion prior to a discussion. I might also add that people seemed to have taken it as such (noted in Nemoxs and Downwithpants replies). In any case, as I said so many damn times, feel free to continue...

I vote DW for <B>"Takes the Most Unnecessary Shit Because People Read Far Too Much INTO What He Writes Without READING It."</B>

And that's the only plug you'll ever see from me.

I agree with the general sentiments; it's just too early to be plugging people for a "contest" that's months off. There's gonna be an entire forum for it, there's going to be a whole bunch of people that sit in that thread and constantly plug their own videos, people are going to be upset, people are going to be happy...

Let's just wait a few more weeks before all those emotions come out ^^.

"Best Multi-Editor Project"

I'd really like to see how that goes over.

I do agree that a "Best Multi-Editor Project" category would be awesome.
Kusoyaro: We don't need a leader. We need to SHUT UP. Make what you want to make, don't make you what you don't want to make. If neither of those applies to you, then you need to SHUT UP MORE.
