An IPMO is like sending money through mail. The only differance is that if the money gets lost or stolen the Postal Service is responsable for it. They give you your money back or pay the money themselves. Phade (or who ever) waits in his house and the mail man will give him a check with the amount of money you send (just like receiving a package). You just need the money (no credit card needed) you will send and the payment to send the check.Animal4890 wrote:EXODO: use IPMO (International Postal Money Order).Code: Select all
I dunno what the heck this is, but it sounds like a good idea, atleast until paypal gains more credibility
You are aware that any Canada Post outlet lets you send money orders in American money, right?JazzDragon wrote: Well I like the last idea of money ordering. I am assuming you are in america, and I am in Canada, and well...If i sent you a Canadian dollar through the mail i don't think you would be amused (what about a twoonie?).
I really dont know....lal i know is that the things that are being offered right now dont really appeal to me. If i wanted to know if ive downloaded an amv already all i would have to do is go to my downloads. super search sounds ok but it really isnt an upgrade from regular search. No google ads? well i can live with google ads its no big deal to me. I can see ways around not donating and i can see ways that donating would help. but as a creator i really dont see any reason to donate except that ppl would maybe download more if i did and that the site will stay up.derobert wrote:Any suggestions?celibi87 wrote:maybe if you gave me a little more incentive
Assuming you define a "site improvement" as any sort of internal or external improvement, doing that would eventually entail running two different versions of the site.BasharOfTheAges wrote:If we're unwilling to curb the privlages of non-donaters, how about making every site improvement from now on donater-only? If we can get half the stuff on the list done in any reasonable amount of time, the diferences between the 2 states of being (donater and leech) would be more and more noticible over time.
There are already certain diferences in the site for donaters and non-donators... I was going more for any new options or features than things like proper database management -- That should be universal.trythil wrote:Assuming you define a "site improvement" as any sort of internal or external improvement, doing that would eventually entail running two different versions of the site.BasharOfTheAges wrote:If we're unwilling to curb the privlages of non-donaters, how about making every site improvement from now on donater-only? Why bother with that difficulty?
