Perhaps why so many people are having trouble with the dual stream is that both streams are trying to play at the same time, which makes VLC player freak out completely. I had to go click disable video tracks while it was playing, then choose the track I wanted and I was able to watch both totally fine that way.

Ok people pay attention to this, play it like this, it seemes to work.
