Come on guys, how old are these videos now? I've got no right to complain since I don't really know the contest, but that just sucks in my opinion.
i released the video last november for a very small contest, it won. entered it into 3 contests other then this one. only reason i entered this one is because vic asked for entries and i had nothing else that felt worthy enough to be entered into a contest. plus i thought sinse i lost the last three contest i'd loose this one also.

I only sent that because I was begged to send in something, since there weren't many entries.

And then more entries came in...

I don't really mind people being a bit anal about rules- though they seemed to be a bit anal about some things and too vague on others.
Did any of you guys get any kind of comfirmation about your videos yet
I heard back from them, but only because their computer initially choked on my files. Thankfully we worked through the problem, but I get the feeling that we won't have any idea as to what made the final cut until the convention itself. I also asked when the main showing would be, but he didn't know that yet himself...

It wasn't a personal attack, I was simply expressing my disappointment that sub-par videos made the finals.

Well, unlike Señor Jbone, when I checked out each video (that I hadn't already seen), I was quite impressed with the quality of each one.

I was particularly suprised to see a half-decent FF:AC video, though, IMHO they have more than worn out their welcome. Either way, it'll please the crowd and hence I believe it's a good choice.

Vic asked me to send in something this year as well and I didn't get in, deservingly so. The videos this year were by no means sub-par.

Looks like AUSA is startin' to become a nice little AMV contest. Pity I can't make it this year. Stupid obligations for other conventions  8-)

Grats and good luck to all the finalists.

Heh, the first contest I've entered where I've ended up in the comedy category. I am no longer confident. However, it is amusing to me that Barranti will be competing against himself, sort of.

Don't be so serious, we create just AMV  I'm glad to see we find again funny contests without stupids constraints :P

Ok, my apologies, I guess it's ok since it was basicly the coordinators choice :)
