oh, yeah and to get back on topic
Xenosaga rules, im just havin trouble with beatin the guy after Albedo's AWGS unit
my favorite there is Jr, he rules

the only FF game so far that i would want to see as an anime or movie would have to be either FFVII or FFVIII they were the best, FFIX was a little childish i thought, and FFX/FFX2 were just plain stupid
anyone who has played Xenosaga knows that there is no point to making a movie or anime about that particular game
Freddy vs Jason vs Alucard
WHO WILL WIN!!!!

I'm thinking the man who did the voice for Jinnai in El Hazard...right now he seems one of the only people I can see doing the laugh well

Too bad Advent Children is only half an hour long. But it definitely has an ending that leaves you wanting more.... well, I at least felt that way anyways. It basically gives it away that they're making a sequel to FF7.

its more than half hour long but there was a sneek peek that was hour hour at the film vestival the full version will be 1 hour but seriously i'd much prefer final fantasy 8 as a CG movie than 7

Whoops, you're right, the SquareEnix people said the final production was gonna be around 70 to 80 minutes at Festival du Nouveau Cinema in Montreal.

Apparently I can start despairing over not starting 'El Hazard' when I had a chance to, as I have no idea what he sounds like. Although what I do know is his name is Okiayu Ryutaro. I have no doubt in my mind though, about your call. Probably dead-on.

After all, that laugh is everything (can it live up to that synthetic SNES cackle?).

Call me a little skeptic, but i think FF7 shouldn't be a anime or a CG.
Reasons why:
1. Doesn't have the same feeling as playing through FF7.
2. Would be a little harder to incorporate some of it, (example: boss fights, mini-games, etc)

A sequel wouldnt make too much sense either.
Aeris is dead, meteor is delt with, and sephoroth is dead (the frikkin dude is dead already! no point in bringing back the dead)

What i think is needed, is a remake of FF7 to the PS2, no real changes to the original. Like they say, "if it aint broke, dont fix it,"
I'm not crazy, the voices told me so...

as much as i would love such a thing.....

its old, history, been done. pst of the greatness was the story, and we all know what happens at the end. not worth paying for it all over again if its basicaly the same game

http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... php?v=1836 -- Jinnai's laugh is sampled in the end of this video (...that aside, it's just a good vid IMO)
