I still watch and enjoy my early videos as much as when I first made them. My first 3 videos each had at least one glaring inexcusable flaw in them, but I think there solid at a minimum. Beat hits + lyric synch + akira exploding + X Violence + heads blowing up = good videos.

I don't have any old videos, since I've really just started with this... but I look at, well, four out of my six videos (all but the first and the next-to-last) and think, "God, is that the best I can do? How pathetic."

And it is. But not everybody can be a flaming badass, and I'm all right with that.

I look at the two I did last year and think "I did that? I don't REMEMBER sitting at my computer for 150 hours...."

I look at the two I did this year and think "Goofy and insane. Yep, I did those."

I'd say I've developed slightly better editing skills, but I think what I've improved on are ideas and concept. At least that's what the opinion scores reflect. The editing scores haven't fluctuated a lot, but my originality scores on my last two vids were much better.

I think lately the vids I've been creating are also more "me." What I mean is that people who know me can look at Mugiwara no Evangelion and Blunder and Lightning and say "Yep, Rachel did those." Whereas they look at What God Has Sent and say "If I didn't know you created it, I'd swear someone else did." (I get the same reactions from friends to my fanfiction, too >.>)
