Prince of Tennis ep. 71 (It's a Date!)

There's A LOT of phone use!

See, this girl Ann asked this guy Momoshiro to meet up with her, but he's nervous about it so he brings this guy Ryoma. Then, when they meet up, they decide to go to the tennis courts, and Ann's like "It's a date!", and this other guy from the tennis club named Inui overhears and just has to tell EVERYONE (using a cell phone, of course).

That's how there is a lot of phone use. My favorite parts with the phone clips are when Tezuka keeps hanging up on Inui.

I have to mention Revolutionary Girl Utena. It's in my contract.

Episode ohhhh, 31? 32? "Her Tragedy" and "Romance of the Dancing Girls." Nanami spends a good bit of that story arc on Touga's cell phone, as does Touga. On that same disc should be "The Prince who Runs Through the Night," with Akio on his weirdly anachronistic carphone and possibly Anthy on a regular phone.

In Kare Kano, the end of the third disc when Arima's out of town. But only one end is on "camera."

I hear Voices of a Distant Star's focus is kind of on phone usage. Unfortunately I doubt that the anime would go very well with what you're trying to do.
