Shoujocon 2002 Party!!

I've never been to a con......I've barely left the house....I need a life.

But besides that I want to mainly go to this con hell any con to get piles of CD's or VCD's or creators stuff.

I love it!!!!
So everyone bring a lot, because I know there are a lot of people just like me...except they are going!

Hey all. Well, I'm working at the con and they just accounced the draft schedual. It'll most likely change, but with less than 2 weeks to go, I doubt it'll be that drastically.
Most of you guessed right. The MV contest is Friday from 7-9 pm. That's as of right now. If anything changes, I'll keep you posted. Well, good luck for everone who entered!

I fly into JFK, arriving apx. 3:15pm. I am hoping to make it to the hotel by 6pm, but that extra hour of cushion will be very nice.

I wonder if they will be showing my video(s) or not.

Yay! Thanks for the info! That helps a lot. Two hours, huh? Did they get enough entries for that whole time? Last year there was only about 45 minutes.

Well, you're. That's only the time slot. I'm sure the MV isn't going to take up the whole two hours, especially since it's in the same slot as the opening ceremonies. Yeah, confusing. ^^

Yay! Someone from staff that responds! This is exciting...

I'm in charge of the AMV creator's panel, and the Fan Parody panel/workshop. If I could know when those are (RavenFire keeps asking, but we get no answers except "we're trying to find a good slot for you!") that'd be awesome. We need to know when/where to bring our equipment and to tell people when it'll be.

I haven't gotten e-mail back from the people in my room, so I still don't know if it's ok or not.

Oh, I'm not a big-cheese staff member or anything. Just a gopher. But I'm glad I can help. ^-^ I know how it felt because I was (and still am) having a few problems with my registration and no responses can be a little aggrivating.
Well, the Music Video panel is on friday, 5-6 and the Fan Parady workshop is on saturday, 4-5. As always, any changes will be posted.

Ack! Almost forgot: Location is one of the things that you'll probably have to find out at the con itself. I know it's frustrating, but sometimes these things are still in planning when the con starts. But if anything comes up, I'll tell you.
