2:1 OPS!!! Read Rules...

My previous post was in regards to the amount of detail put into an opinion, there was nothing necessarily wrong with any of the opinions received on this video, I just prefer to see specifics I guess. Because when I do an opinion, I really take the time to study the film and well... give my detailed opinion on it.

And when I mention spotting out mistakes, I'm talking about maybe scenes that just didn't fit to a particular part of a song or maybe a fade or transition I did too early or too late. Especially since I've been attempting to make vids for quite some time now, I'm trying to get the best possible work out there that I can make, after all, I've been stuck on WMM for while

Aside from the lip-synching, which I think I already mentioned,
01:41: Fade to "I'm sure you've heard" was somewhat long for the lyrics.
01:45: Final scene of the girl with the guitar outside didn't really work with the rest of the movie that had them playing on the stage or inside the building. Personally, I think that the previous scene with her strumming the guitar works better.

I've seen plenty of great AMVs on WMM, but I can sympathize with the lack of technology. : ( The cropping and masking thing that the other programs have is just mind-boggling. For now I'm happy with green screen. XD Does WMM have those options: Picture-in-picture, or green screen?

As far as I know, WMM doesn't have those options... This project however was my first time using Sony Vegas Pro 8, which does have PIP (not sure about green screen) and cropping features. It just when I was attempting to use these features, it didn't look very good, so I just focused as much as I could on timing and making a short, fun video.

And your op is up, thanks for yours, and also thanks for the video. I was actually gonna be lazy and not op it until the weekend, but then I sorta realized I wanted to watch it again, so that sped things up a bit and I had an op written before I knew it. I think that says good things about the video already

Well, I'm gonna have to put this thread on hold (doesn't seem like anyone else wants to take up on this offer anyways), because tomorrow I begin my epic trip out of this sandbox and finally after 15 long months, I'll be back in the US.
