The last part of my first RPBP video had a bunch of Love Hina manga scans inserted in random order exactly on each "THRAKking" beat, making well over a hundred in total.
As all of them show up exactly for a single frame, I think literally noone noticed without me telling. Which only made the whole thing more funny to me
Though frankly, both of my RPBP vids are so full of stupid shit, anything in there could be an easter egg...

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

The REM MEP track has not so much an Easter egg as something that I threw in to entertain myself, not really expecting anybody to notice it. Maybe that qualifies.
It's not technically out yet, so there's no point explaining it. It's a lyric sync that was so extremely obvious, yet so rare that I felt absolutely compelled to use it ("when the hell are you going to be able to lyric-sync THAT again?") - but its extreme obviousness would wreck the video if it were used straightforwardly. So it's faded behind another shot as a random background pattern. But I came across the shot and I had to. Had to, had to, had to. No self-control at all.
It also has some lyric sync that I don't expect people to get unless they've seen the show ("a piano falls", "tossing out punchlines"), which isn't standard MEP procedure.
I don't expect people to watch my stuff frame by frame, so I normally don't do that sort of thing.

DDR4 (though not by me
)
Self-Titled has some Beatles fandom-related Easter Eggs in it, but DW didn't believe me until I pointed out specific frames.

I have no idea how to use this new forum.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. I suppose that does count as an Easter Egg.
That's right, my and VegettoEX's DDR video from this year, Enter the Dragon, features a somewhat prominent Easter Egg of Kusoyaro and gambitt gettin' their grove on.... together!
That's right, it's hot quasi guy-on-guy action!
