Preferred format?

personally, filetype and codec don't seem to matter much for my ability to play it back except for some rare filetypes. that said, i prefer avis as long as they're reasonably high quality (better than mpeg1). avis seem to have the best possibilities as far as quality goes.

Yeah ... I've decided to go with Divx compatible Xvid AVI files for my videos which will be hosted at the donut. I'm tired of sacrificing quality just to make sure every computer can play them OK.
