I just got a "Screwy Message" when i tried to conf

This was the error message that i got when i tried to confirm my upload yesterday:
Screwy Message wrote:You are now the proud owner of a screwy error message from .Org. That error message is: Operation timed out with 0 out of -1 bytes received Please report this in the forums.

And i'm a bit confused about this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
