Problem with displaying links and LOCAL upload not detected

Can anyone (admin or otherwise) help me with 2 problems i had with this vid?

Problems:
1) DIRECT LINK added not displayed in video profile page after adding it. In fact any form of direct/indirect download cannot be displayed at all.
2) LOCAL LINK not displayed after I have uploaded and verified the upload for quite a while already.
